Social Ministry

Social Ministry - promotes understanding and facilitates congregational action in social justice issues; also oversees contributions to ELCA and various local concerns.

We support on a monthly basis: Tri-Valley Haven for women, Habitat for Humanity, Pleasanton Ministerial Association, Open Heart Kitchen, Mt. Cross Bible Camp, Lutheran world Relief, Lutheran Social Services, Mission Partner Congregations: Redeemer Lutheran in Livingston, South Asian Ministry Good Shepherd in Fremont, Oromo Lutheran in San Lorenzo.

We are called together by God to be actively involved in the caring for the oppressed. Here at Trinity we are committed to serving both the local and global community.
